KANI KENNELS SALES CONTRACT

The undersigned Buyer,    ____________________________ and Seller to herby agree to the
following terms and conditions on the purchase of a A.K.C. Am. Staff  / U.K.C. registered American Pit Bull/ A.B.K.C. American Bully.
Terrier dog by law.


The buyer is to pay a non-refundable deposit on the pup in the amount of  $120.00.  
Should the buyer decide not to purchase the pup, the deposit will be forfeited or
transferable to another litter.

      The price of the dog will be $______________.

      The A.K.C./ U.K.C./A.B.K.C. registered name of the dog will be *KK’S*.  Under no circumstances
shall the name ever be changed on the A.K.C./ U.K.C./A.B.K.C. registration certificate.

      If at any time the buyer decides that he or she can no longer keep the dog they must
first offer it back to the seller at 25% of the original purchase price.  If the breeder/seller
does not buy the dog back it can be sold to another party once permission is given in
writing by the breeder. The new owners must sign and abide by this original agreement.  
The breeder will provide a new contract and assist in the sale of the dog to ensure this is
completed.

       Buyer will notify seller at least on a bi-monthly basis as to the dog’s condition and
provide a current photo of the dog.  Buyer will also provide a current health certificate
from a licenced veterinarian if the seller requests it.  Buyer will notify in writing a new
address should they decide to relocate.

       Buyer agrees to socialize the dog, keep it in healthy condition and feed it a quality
food.

       Under no circumstances is the buyer to ever fight, roll or face off the dog with any
other animal or dog.  If there is evidence of the dog being abused or used in any illegal
activity the seller will reposes the dog with no financial reimbursement to the buyer.  The
buyer also agrees to sign over all registration certificates to the seller/breeder immediately.

      Seller agrees to replace the dog with another dog of equal value from the next
available litter if it should have a major genetic fault (eyes/heart/ hips/patellas/wobblers syndrome/liver shunts/cryptorchidism/hyperplasia .. etc.) Any genetic fault that will cause the dog not to lead a healthy life. Bites/kinks are not covered under health guarantee. The dog is sold on a lifetime health guarantee. The dog must be returned alive and in good condition to the seller with a statement from 3 licensed veterinarians stating the problem.  The problem/fault can not be due to
improper nutrition or exercise, fighting, bad care or unproven genetic fault or sickness.  
All dogs come with a health record and their first and second set of shots.

      Seller shall have the right to use the dog for stud service at any time.  No
compensation shall be paid to the Buyer/Owner for service.  Buyer/Owner will give
signed service agreement to seller at the time of breeding.  Seller has all copy writes to any
photos of the dogs.

       Dog must be paid for in full including all shipping charges (plane ticket, health
certificate, ear crop, and crate) by the time it is six weeks of age.

       Should the buyer break this agreement in any way ownership of the dog reverts back
to the Seller.  The buyer/owner agrees to sign over all A.K.C./UKC/A.B.K.C. registration papers.  
Seller/breeder will have the option to confiscate the dog immediately without any
compensation due to buyer/owner.  

      The undersigned Buyer and Seller acknowledge that this is a legal and binding contract
and have received assigned copy.


The undersigned buyer and seller do hereby accept this agreement to purchase on
